Returns & Refunds Policy

At Toy Destination, we specialise in quality secondhand toys. As such, items may show minor wear and tear, which is considered normal and not a fault.

Change of Mind  
We do not accept returns for change of mind, including:
- Incorrect selection  
- No longer needed  
- Preference changes  

We do not offer exchanges.

24-Hour Return Window  
We accept return requests within 24 hours of purchase or collection, however returns will only be approved if the item is:
- Significantly not as described, or  
- Faulty beyond expected secondhand condition  

All return requests must:
- Be submitted within 24 hours  
- Include proof of purchase  
- Include clear photos/details of the issue  

Pickup Orders  
All orders are sold as click & collect from Karrinyup.  
Customers are encouraged to inspect items at pickup where possible.

Refunds  
Once a return is approved:
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received  
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method  

Australian Consumer Law  
Nothing in this policy excludes or overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.  
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
