Pickup / Delivery Policy

All items are sold on a Click & Collect basis.

Collection Details  
Customers will be contacted after purchase to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Delivery Service (Optional)  
We offer a local delivery service for a flat fee of $20, where we coordinate and prepare your order for delivery at an agreed time.

Payment Terms  
Payment is required at the time of pickup unless otherwise agreed. Orders will not be released until full payment has been received.

Order Requirements  
Customers must provide valid contact details during checkout.  
Orders cannot be held or reserved without completed contact information.
